Be propelled. Breathe, Relax and Let Go.


Over the weekend I was asked to write a response for Glam.com and Propel Zero, about what "propels" me.  A lot has changed in the last week and the biggest thing is that I feel more centered and self-aware than ever before.  I highly recommend that everyone take a moment and reflect on all the positive you have in your life, then, let go of all the negative things you have been carrying around with you.  As the yogi in my favorite DVD says, "relax, breathe and let go".  Now, move forward.
